Staff members can use the Change to Work Hours or Days form to request to work part-time on a temporary basis in accordance with the Enterprise Agreement. A temporary part-time work arrangement may be approved for a period of up to 12 months.

If you've temporarily varied your employment to work part-time, you'll revert to your substantive hours/service fraction on the end date specified in the form (unless a further extension or variation is approved).
