Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Changes to align with the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence 2025, including: statement that the University cannot require any person to provide physical evidence relating to an allegation of misconduct; ability to have regard to staff members' particular knowledge, experience and expertise when convening a misconduct body or appeal body; process around review of interim suspensions; clarifying terminology; added definition of 'physical evidence' and updated definition of 'student'.
