Summary of Changes from Previous Version

30/01/2025: Administrative change to update reference to the Incident Management Procedure with the Critical Incident Management Plan, approved by the Director, Governance and Risk.

07/08/2024: Division Records Governance (RG) replaced with ‘records management system’.

This is the first version of the document to be published in the new Policy and Procedures Library. It contains the same information as the document that was approved and in effect at the time it was migrated from the previous Policy and Procedure Library. The numbering system and references have been updated to align with the new formatting, and links have been updated where required for currency.
