Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Establishment of separate committees for confirmations and promotions.
Heads/Directors must oversee a process to ensure that staff applying for confirmation or promotion are provided with appropriate guidance and support with their documentation and interview preparations and the timing for an application for promotion.
Clarification added for PVCRI responsibility for PVCRI CRP staff.
Responsibility for recommendations on University Policy relating to academic confirmation and promotion is with the Provost and President of the Academic Board.
