Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Administrative changes to: add reference to the AEP Procedure (as part of Flexible Work) where applicable; and clarify existing conditions of employment, including that:

o Locality Allowance is not available to staff on a Flexible Work Agreement
o Multiple Flexible Work Agreements cannot be applied concurrently where scheduled hours with exceed the allowable maximum
o Under a Flexible Work Agreement there is no entitlement to a day or hours in lieu of Public Holidays which fall outside of an employee’s work schedule
o Queensland Public Holidays are observed regardless of the employee’s location (interstate or international)
