Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The changes introduced includes a summary table to aid readers to locate research PPL documents, along with removing repetitions of principles located in other PPL documents. Therefore in referencing other documents, the Framework Policy now only addresses the aim of those documents rather than restating core principles.
