Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Content revised and transferred to new procedure template. Process and key controls section revised to link approval processes and key controls contained in other PPL entries. Key requirements sections revised to remove content covered in other PPL entries, and consolidate all available arrangements and relevant approving authorities in table form.
