Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Updated to align with the implementation of the replacement timetable and room booking system, Schedule Plus. The (now retitled) Timetabling Procedure includes significant plain English changes to improve clarity. Also incorporates changes to reflect the data collection and timetable build functions of the new timetabling system. In addition, the revisions introduce a recalibrated approach to official teaching hours, academic staff unavailability, timetable changes, timetable release, and the use of School and Faculty learning spaces. The relevant content from the Management of Class Timetabling and Room Bookings Guideline has been
incorporated into the Timetabling Procedure.
