Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Procedure has been updated to provide details and clarity on the application and approval processes including the responsibilities of the IBSC and applicants; and clarification on what are Classes of persons and facilities as required by the Gene Technology Regulations 2001. There have been no changes to the requirements of the applicants and no additional burden on them.
