Summary of Changes from Previous Version

New procedure that consolidates the Keeping Records at UQ Procedure and Destruction of Records Procedure; updates to align with amended legislation; introduces new processes regarding access to records, transitory records, copies, University archives, and physical records stored offsite; and clarifies processes regarding records disposal, and digital records.
