Summary of Changes from Previous Version
_____
Name of Guideline changed to Hazardous Noise Risk Management to reflect that the duty on UQ is to manage noise exposure (prevent) rather than (narrow) conserve hearing. This name change also better supports the stated Purpose and Scope. The use of the term Hearing Conservation Program has been removed because in effect this term was being used for those workers undergoing audiometry and the term Hearing Conservation Program is much broader than this. Instead, the term Audiometry Testing Program has been included for those workers undergoing audiometry. Other updates to align with reviewed Hazardous Noise Risk Management Procedure.
