(1) This Policy facilitates the University’s compliance with the Copyright Act 1968 (C’th) and ensures that the University continues to have access to the Act’s statutory licence which permits communication of Book Chapters online for educational purposes. (2) This Policy applies to all UQ staff who wish to place Book Chapter content online for educational purposes. (3) Book Chapter content may only be made available online via a central server managed by the Library on behalf of the University. (4) UQ staff who wish to place book chapter content online for educational purposes must contact the Library Course Materials Service at learningresources@library.uq.edu.au to arrange for the electronic file to be loaded to the central server managed by the Library on behalf of the University.Communication of Book Chapters Online (Copyright) Policy
